Requirements: Bachelorʼs degree or within six months of bachelorʼs degree from accredited IHE
Licensure Options: 7-12 (Chemistry, Physics, Biology, English Language Arts, Math, Social Studies) and 4-8 (Science, English Language Arts, Math, Social Studies)
Entry Assessments: None
Pre-Service Instruction: None

Arkansas Teacher Corps (ATC)
Requirements: Bachelorʼs or higher from accredited IHE
Licensure Options: All areas, all grades (no counselor or SPED)
Entry Assessments: Praxis Core or Equivalent; Praxis Subject Assessment
Pre-Service Instruction: 7-Week Summer Institute PD

Arkansas Professional Educator Pathway (ArPEP)
Requirements: Bachelorʼs or higher from accredited IHE
Licensure Options: All areas, all grades (no counselor or SPED)
Entry Assessments: Praxis Subject Assessment
Pre-Service Instruction: 3-Week Summer Academy
Cost: $1500/year
Provisional Professional Teaching License (PPTL)
Requirements: Bachelorʼs or higher from accredited IHE; 3 years experience in the specific content area of licensure
Licensure Options: Grades K-12, 4-8, 4-12, 7-12 Content Areas (no counselor or SPED)
Entry Assessments: Praxis Subject Assessment
Pre-Service Instruction: None

Teach for America (TFA)
Requirements: Bachelorʼs or higher from accredited IHE
Licensure Options: All areas, all grades (no counselor or SPED)
Entry Assessments: Praxis Subject Assessment
Pre-Service Instruction: 5-Week Summer Institute; 9 graduate hours from DSU
